Our two bedroom villa is set in stunning open countryside. The villa is set on the lower slopes of a hill taking full advantage of the beautiful views. The location allows for easy access to both Cisternino & Ostuni, both a short 10-15 minute drive away.
The villa is fully equipped with all kitchen amenities, a comfortable lounge, multiple outdoor seating areas, swimming pool, alfresco dining set next to the pizza oven & outdoor kitchen. An all important rooftop terrace for morning yoga and evening sundowners with stunning views.
The villa sits in it's own private hectare of land, which is situated on a hill and traditionally terraced with stone walls, including pathways and stone steps to explore. Well placed convenient seats to stop & admire the view. The grounds contain many olive, fig, pear, citrus & pomegranate trees. The terrain is rocky and interesting, typical of Puglia but would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility or stability concerns.
Due to the villa’s position on a small hill, the main living space is located on the first floor accessed via the outside staircase. The front door leads into the fully equipped kitchen, from here into a cool comfortable lounge with sofas and a television. Bedrooms one and two are along a corridor together with their shared shower room.

Bedroom one has a king sized bed, double glazed windows with mosquito nets and air conditioning.
Bedroom two has twin beds, double glazed windows with mosquito nets and air conditioning.
Both bedrooms share the beautiful shower room.
The white stone paved terrace and entertaining area is the star of the property. Meals, entertaining and relaxing are all to be enjoyed in this open space. The pizza oven is a great addition to add some theatre to your evenings. The swimming pool is raised and a few steps up are required to enter the pool & again the views from the pool

The pool is 8m x 3m with a depth of 1.5 metres its entire length. (Please note this depth does not allow for diving.)
